Why us?
Our gym is dedicated to creating and fostering confidence. Because we don’t offer memberships, the only people in the gym during that hour are those clients receiving personal training. This allows people who may be a little shy or embarrassed working out in front of people the personal space needed to workout without hesitation and with confidence.

Getting started is super easy and no risk. Just call us up and schedule a FREE one-hour consultation and evaluation. This also gives you a taste of how we train. At the end of your session we hope you enjoyed your workout, answer any questions you may have and send you on your way with one of our cards to schedule your next session if you wish. We purposefully removed the pressure sales aspect unlike most gyms.
Meet Kirk
Kirk is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. His decade long experience in the medical field as a decorated EMT and Firefighter gives him a unique clinical approach to training. Working closely with Chiropractors and other Health Care professionals allows his clients to not only get stronger and by reaching their fitness goals, but also coordinates the healing of his clients.

We offer a premium personal training experience with packages as low as $24.95 per session. These are NOT classes, these are micro group sessions capped at 4 people per session to provide comradery, while still maintaining an exclusive experience. The micro group sessions will be offered during the following times:

Working with Kirk for 3 months and I am proud of the the results. He got me to lose 20lbs in that time. Now he’s got me wanting to lose more weight and I’m excited to. First trainer I have had that made me excited to work out cause the results show and I feel better about myself and what I eat now. It doesn’t feel like a hassle he makes it fun.
Amazing experience! I had never worked with a trainer before and I was pretty nervous about how weak I was to start off with, not knowing how to properly do things, if I’d feel comfortable and safe, and what the style would be. As soon as I met Kirk I was instantly put to ease. He isn’t the stereotypical gym dude, not even close! He has extensive knowledge of anatomy, and I would have various aches and pains from past injuries and he could tell me why something was hurting and how to solve it. While we worked on strength and flexibility, he also met me where I was and customized what we worked on based on how I was feeling. Working with Kirk felt like a mix of working out and also physical therapy/rehab. As far as Kirk’s style and personality - you can’t find better. He is super low pressure and authentically cares and educates as you go, teaching you how to fish so to speak. He became a friend along the way, and is just a really good person all around. I can’t say enough good things - and also, most importantly - I had a ton of great results that I could feel and see in my photos. 10/10!
Kirk is an incredible trainer. He knows how to target muscles precisely. Like, with a ten minute exercise with little weight, whatever muscle we're working on will be super sore. Glutes, shoulders, hamstrings, you name it, he has five different ways to activate it exactly. And he also teaches you how to train yourself in your own gym. On TOP of this, he ALSO knows manual ligament therapy! So if you're feeling particularly sore he can massage the pain away. Seriously, this man knows how the human body works as well as a doctor. Plus, he's very interesting and a great conversation. Additionally, his schedule is very flexible, and his gym is very comfortable (he has a sauna!). I don't think there's any downside to him as a trainer, and every upside! If he has availability and you want to improve yourself physically, he's the guy for you.
I’ve been working with Kirk for almost a year now. I started training with him when I was a few minutes away and was still recovering from a car accident. Working out with kirk not only helped me fully recover from the accident and no longer suffer from any back pain anymore, but also helped me get stronger and changed my lifestyle. He’s not the normal trainer who wants you to only work out at his gym, he teaches you the right way to workout so you can do it yourself as well. Now I moved to Bellevue but still comes up to see him once or twice per week, and my bf starts working out with him too. I didn’t even mention the LMT part which is literally heaven that you will not get at any other trainers. Kirk is the best trainer you can get no matter what your training goal is, and I’m glad I found him.

Kirk has an incredible understanding of the human body and how it works. His training as a massage therapist and physical therapist meld perfectly into personal training. I went to him with pain in my hip/low back and heel, yearning for mobility and to be pain-free. He listened to me, explained how he could help, and got me moving. As a person who has hurt myself repeatedly during exercise in the past, Kirk has made sure I stay within my limits to continually progress. He especially made sure I wasn’t swapping one injury for another by making sure I was using excellent form and always felt the work where it should be felt. I leave each session with new exercises, knowledge about how my body works, and RELIEF from pain. I’m so thankful to him for helping me! I look forward to continue working with him as I achieve current and future goals on my journey to fitness.
